Business Strategy
The three lays of strategy are Corporate, then Business and then Functional. Corporate provides the general direction for the organisation. Business takes the general direction of Corporate and starts to add some detail for each division of the organisation. Functional is the detailed strategy that will realise the overall strategy within the organisation.
